ABOUT ME

I am the owner and instructor at River Road Horsemanship.  I am so excited for the opportunity to share my knowledge of and passion for horses with you!  I got serious about riding near my hometown on Long Island, NY.  I competed there as a teen before moving to Fort Collins, CO to attend Colorado State University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Equine Sciences.  After college I traveled, working on horse farms in Australia, England, Spain, and Ireland.  After showing in my junior years, and working as a barn manager, stable hand, assistant trainer, trainer and rider I knew I wanted to focus on teaching.  I started this program because I love horses and I love teaching.  I want to build the program I wished I had when I started riding and share my passion with anyone who has ever smiled while looking at a horse.
