IT’S TIME TO RIDE!

Producing Horses and Riders that are Happy, Healthy, Safe, and Kind

Not Just a Riding Program

We all want to ride, but any rider will tell you that most of their time at the barn or with their horse is not in the saddle.  River Road Horsemanship is dedicated to giving our students an honest expression of what it takes to ride and care for our beloved horses.  Check out the 'How It Works' page to learn about our complete program.

Horse Training

1 hour Private Lesson on a School Horse

We provide horse, saddles, & grooming supplies.  Come dressed to ride and enjoy time grooming and tacking up before fun and informative instruction in the saddle.  Lessons are tailored to the individual and their level of skill and comfort.  Ride time is between 30-40 minutes depending on time spent grooming and tacking up.

Cost $55

GET TO KNOW ME

My name is Hannah Baier.  I've always had a passion for horses and for teaching so it was only natural that a riding school would be in my future.  A childhood trail riding in Colorado turned into showing Hunter Jumpers in New York.  I, then, decided to pursue a degree in Equine Sciences at Colorado State University (Go Rams!).  After college, my husband and I spent 5 years travelling the world working on horse farms.  In 2018 we decided it was time to put some roots down and we found ourselves here in the beautiful Rogue Valley.  I am now so happy to be able to establish River Road English Riding School and I look forward to the opportunity to share everything I have learned through my travels and school with you and/or your child.
